Residents are needed for two- and four-year terms
The Town of Danville is actively looking for residents who are interested in serving on one of several commissions and committees. There are many openings available to Danville residents for terms commencing on July 1, 2024:
- Bicycle Advisory Commission – 2 members (4-year terms) & 1 youth position (2-year term)
- Heritage Resource Commission – 1 licensed architect member & 1 non-architect member (4-year terms)
- County Connection Citizens’ Advisory Committee – 1 member (2-year term)
Applications are available at www.danville.ca.gov/Commission-Recruitment. The deadline to file an application is 4 p.m. Thursday, May 9. Qualified applicants have the option to interview with the Town Council the morning of Tuesday, June 11 or the afternoon of Tuesday, June 18.
