Any business generating revenue within the Town of Danville limits is required to obtain a Danville business license. This includes home-based businesses. Any business that does not have a commercial storefront, office, commercial or industrial location is considered a home-based business even if sales or services are performed outside the residence.

Lighting Landscape Assessment District - Senior Exemption
The LLAD covers the cost of maintaining all median and roadside landscaping, street lights and approximately half of park and facility maintenance. Senior property owners who do not use or feel that they benefit from Town parks may be reimbursed for the park maintenance portion.
