Traffic Advisory:  Faz Mixed-Use Development Project Construction Activity Begins

Please be advised that construction activity will begin on the former FAZ restaurant site at 600 Hartz Avenue starting on Monday, October 31, 2022. Construction activities will consist of site preparation and demolition of the existing building with construction vehicles and equipment frequently entering and exiting the project site. This work will impact an area from:

    San Ramon Valley Boulevard/Hartz Avenue between Sonora Avenue and School Street

Motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians are advised to use caution and expect minor delays when traveling through this area and are reminded to observe all posted temporary construction signage and sidewalk closures.

The Faz Mixed-Use Development Project at 600 Hartz Avenue is a new two-story residential and retail development consisting of 37 condominium units on the second floor, commercial retail space on the first floor (street level) and an underground parking garage.
