To complete road repairs caused by a water line break November 23, Hartz Avenue will be closed between Diablo Road and Prospect Avenue for repaving Tuesday, December 10, from 5 a.m. to approximately 1 p.m. The work will include grinding down the pavement and laying fresh asphalt. The work is being done Tuesday to make way for final striping happening in the early morning on Wednesday. 

Please avoid this stretch of Hartz Avenue Tuesday. The striping on Wednesday, December 11, is not expected to cause road closures, and will start at about 4:30 a.m., with an expected completion time of 8:00 a.m. For more information on the Downtown Master Plan, please visit https://danvilletowntalks.org/downtown-master-plan.
