[ARCHIVED] New Ballot Drop-Off Box Opens

New Ballot Drop-Off Box Opens

Voters can drop off ballots 24/7 at Sycamore Park & Ride

Danville residents will find it easier to vote in the upcoming March 3, 2020 Primary Election, as the Contra Costa Elections Office and Danville City Clerk provide a convenient Vote-By-Mail drop off location.

The secure drop-off box was recently installed at the Sycamore Park & Ride, near the intersection of Sycamore Valley Road and Camino Ramon. It is available to residents 24 hours per day.  Postage is not required with the drop-off box service.

“We are excited to offer voters this opportunity,” said City Clerk Marie Sunseri, “and we urge voters to take advantage of this service.”

Ballots may also be dropped off at any polling place on Election Day. Mailed ballots must be postmarked on or before March 3, 2020.

For more information about voting, call 925-335-7800 or visit the Elections Office website at www.cocovote.us.
