A Day of egg hunts, crafts, and family fun awaits April 19 between 9 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
The Town of Danville invites families to celebrate spring at the annual Eggstravaganza, a beloved community tradition set to take place on Saturday, April 19, at the Danville Community Center and Town Green. This exciting event promises a day of festive activities, including egg hunts, arts and crafts, face painting, a photo backdrop with the Spring Bunny, and more.
Egg hunts are organized by age, ensuring that every child, ages 1 to 9, has an equal opportunity to find eight treasure-filled eggs. With two sessions available from 9 to 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., families can choose the time that works best for them.
In addition to the festivities at the Danville Community Center, local downtown businesses will be joining in on the fun with special promotions, festive treats, and activities for families to enjoy throughout the day. Visitors are encouraged to explore Danville’s charming downtown to make the most of this springtime celebration.
Advance registration is required, and space is limited. Tickets are $8 for Danville residents and $10 for non-residents. To secure a spot, visit www.danville.ca.gov/recguide or call 925-314-3400 for more information.
