Salaries

Town employees are classified according to position titles, and each classification has a corresponding salary range within which the employee is paid. View the current Town of Danville Job Descriptions and Salary Ranges. Salary adjustments occur based upon a "Pay for Performance" plan that links adjustments to individual employee performance. Town employees do not receive automatic "step" pay adjustments or automatic "cost of living" adjustments. Actual salaries within these ranges are determined by a combination of employee performance and length of service to the Town. Salary information for public employees is subject to public disclosure.
