What is the Refund/Withdrawal policy for an activity?

Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated, requested withdrawals will be approved upon submitting this request at least seven business days prior to the first day of class. Withdrawals requested within the seven business days of the date of the activity are not guaranteed refunds or credits. They will be processed and evaluated on a case by case basis. 
A $20.00 administrative fee will be charged for processing refunds by check only.
A $5.00 per activity administrative fee will be assessed when processing refunds back to credit cards.
Credit Card Processing Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refund/Credit Granted
Credit granted will first be applied to future or past payments due. Please tell us how you would like us to process any remaining credit for the withdrawal / transfer.

Submitting the form authorizes the Town of Danville Recreation, Arts and Community Services to process the withdrawal. If the money was paid by check, it will be issued to the address on file within 4 to 6 weeks. If a credit card was the original form of payment, the same card will be credited.
