Danville’s Recreation, Arts & Community Services Department Hosts “There’s No Place like Danville” Photo Contest

 
The Town of Danville’s Recreation, Arts and Community Services Department is asking the Danville community to submit photos that represent what Danville means to them for the “There’s No Place Like Danville” photo content. The contest runs from February 28 to March 11, 2022. The winning entry will be published on the cover of the Recreation, Arts & Community Services Summer Activity Guide. 
 
Participants can submit a photo of their favorite Danville location; the location can also include people or pets.
 
Photographers can submit one photo via email to jwallner@danville.ca.gov. Images should not be photoshopped and should be high resolution, jpeg format, and at least 2625 x 3075 pixels.

Once the deadline has passed, all images will be reviewed by a committee of Town of Danville staff. The winning photo, along with the photo credit, will be published on the cover of the Summer Activity Guide, which will be mailed to residents by April 21, 2022. Runners-up will be featured on the Town’s social media platforms.
