Power Shutoff to Affect 1850 Residences

PG&E Sets PSPS for Danville
Power shutoff set for 10/14 affects 1,850 homes

Dry conditions and high winds have increased the chances of a potential wildfire situation, prompting PG&E to institute a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) that will affect an estimated 1,850 Danville homes.

The PSPS event is set to begin between 6;00 - 8:00 p.m. Oct. 14, 2020 with residents affected in the area near Diablo Road. According to PG&E’s website, power restoration is expected to begin at approximately 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2020. To determine if your residence will be affected by the PSPS, go to https://pgealerts.alerts.pge.com/addresslookup/
