holiday tradition is the perfect way to spend the Friday after Thanksgiving. All are welcome to gather in Downtown Danville on November 23 for the Lighting of the Old Oak Tree.
Starting at
5:15 pm, the San Ramon Valley High School and Danville Girls’ Choruses will be
performing near the reviewing stand on Diablo Rd. Then at 6:15 pm, Father
Christmas and the Snow Angel will come out to greet the spirited crowd before
The Snow Angel sprinkles her magic dust to light the tree.
Before and
after the program, residents and visitors can browse Danville
shops to kick-off their holiday shopping and discover local culinary
delights.
