Where's Waldo in Danville Scavenger Hunt

After two years, Rakestraw Books is back hosting the popular scavenger hunt! Several Danville businesses are participating in the Where's Waldo Scavenger Hunt around town. The kick off of the event will be at the Danville Summerfest on Saturday, June 25 2022 at the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce booth. There is no charge to participate and the hunt ends on Saturday, July 30 2022.
How to participate in the Waldo Scavenger Hunt:
- Pick up your "Find Waldo Local in Danville" passport at Rakestraw Books starting on June 25th.
- Waldo is hiding at local Danville businesses this July. Go find him!
- When you spot him, collect a stamp or signature for that business on your passport.
- When you have 10 different stamps or signatures, bring your passport to Rakestraw Books to get a Waldo coloring sheet, The first 100 to come in will receive a special Waldo temporary tattoo.
- If you collect 18 or more stamps or signatures, turn in your passport to Rakestraw Books and be eligible to win great prizes, including the top prize being a 6-volume deluxe set of Waldo books.
- Post your progress on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter using the hashtag #WheresWaldoInDanville
- Attend the Waldo party and prize drawing on Saturday, July 30th at Rakestraw Books.
