This guide is featured as part of a large-scale multimedia marketing campaign developed to spread the word about the importance of supporting local businesses in Danville during the holidays. This campaign adds television, radio, and social media to the publication campaign at no additional cost to businesses.  

You can still purchase ad space in this year's digital guide. You can also use our Holiday Promotion Toolkit to promote the guide and encourage the community to shop local this season.

Each year, to support local brick-and-mortar stores, the Town of Danville contributes to the overall cost to develop the Danville PIcks Holiday Gift Guide intended to showcase the best Danville has to offer. Free Tools to Promote Local Holiday Shopping

Whether or not you are in the Danville Picks Holiday Gift Guide, the Town of Danville has free promotional tools you can use to encourage local shopping this holiday season. 

• Social Media Posts: Social media text and graphics for you to modify and use on your own social media channels. Add additional graphics of your products and services. 
• Email Template: Do you have an email list? Use this template as a starter to create your own email and encourage "less scrolling, more strolling" this holiday season.
•  Fliers and Posters: If your business is featured in the gift guide, let people know by downloading and printing a poster (11x17) or flier (8.5x11) for display.
