  1. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: Insurance is required on all events over 100 people. Will you provide your own?
 Note: The Town of Danville may require permit users to provide a “Certificate of Liability Insurance” naming the Town of Danville as an additional insured. Certificate must include the Town’s address, which is 510 La Gonda Way, Danville, CA, 94526. You may purchase liability insurance coverage through the Town of Danville or you may provide it through your homeowners’ insurance carrier. Insurance coverage must be submitted 90 days prior to your scheduled event. (Please refer to the Town of Danville’s “Policies and Procedures Manual ”for further details.)                                                                                             


Policies:

  • Number of Tables will be assigned based upon expected attendance.  Tables will seat 8 people.
  • NO INFLATABLE STRUCTURES, JUMP HOUSES, PONIES, OR DUNK TANKS ALLOWED.
  • NO HARD ALCOHOL ALLOWED. 
  • No plastic tarps or tents on any grass area.
  • Reservations are confirmed after fees have been paid and you have received a reservation confirmation.
  • NO REFUNDS will be granted on picnic reservations.
  • No portable grills allowed
  • Reservations are confirmed after an application has been submitted, fees have been paid, and you have received a reservation confirmation. 
  • All picnics must be paid in full at confirmation of your booking.  Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit Card payments are accepted at (925) 314-3400.
