  •     Course Cancellation

    When registration falls below the minimum enrollment required, it may be necessary to cancel a class or program. At the time of cancellation, the Town will initiate a full refund. Check refunds may take 4-6 weeks to process.

        Rainouts and Class Makeups
    1. Whenever possible, make-ups will be given on those occasions when inclement weather or instructor illness requires that a class be cancelled. See instructor at next scheduled meeting for make-up date.
    2. No refunds (whole or partial) can be given for classes missed by the student.

    Waitlists will be established once a class has reached maximum enrollment. If space becomes available, you will be contacted by phone and/or email.

        Withdrawals (Credits or Refunds)

    Most transfers or withdrawals can be performed by you any time up until 7 days prior to the start of the activity.  If the activity start date is greater than 7 days from today please follow the steps below to withdraw from or transfer into an activity.  If the activity start date is less than 7 days away, you must fill in the online request form linked below or found linked on the My Account page of www.danvillerecguide.com

    Log into your account on www.danvillerecguide.com

    1. Select the My Account button located in the top right corner
    2. Under the Account Activity section select the List of Prior Transactions link
    3. A button will appear on the list of activities for all activities eligible for a withdrawal or transfer.

    • $5 withdrawal fee per activity is charged. ($20 if refund is by check.)
    • $0 transfer fee is charged when you transfer into a different class

    Activity Start Date is Less than 7 Days from Today
    All requests are processed on a case by case basis and full or partial refunds are not guaranteed.

    Withdrawals for sports leagues may be approved if a team can be replaced prior to the first game.

    General Information:

    1. Pre-registration with payment is required for participation in programs. Payment must accompany submitted registration form.
    2. The Waiver of Liability on the registration form must be signed prior to taking a class.
    3. Please advise Town staff if participant requires special accommodations, such as for allergies or disabilities
