This is a 60 minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength and stretch moves for a total body workout. Dance moves from Hip Hop, yoga, pilates, jazz dance, kick boxing, and resistance training is all bundled into the 60 minute workout.
Classes are offered Monday evenings, and Wednesday and Friday mornings at Oak Hill Park.
This class offers an effective workout with gentle exercises that stretches and lengthens the muscles and the abdominal core. This form of exercise is designed to improve posture, flexibility and breathing.

This class is a Chinese martial art and form of stylized, meditative exercise, characterized by methodically slow circular and stretching movements and positions of bodily balance is a beginning class in part one of the classical, long Yang form. Continuing students can learn the entire long Yang form in addition to a fast form, two-person sets, and push-hands.
Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the Danville Community Center.
An innovative method of gentle movement exploration that teaches you to move with greater ease and efficiency. This is one of the most effective stress reduction techniques around. Regular students enjoy better posture, breathing, and coordination as well as greater mental and physical flexibility.
Classes are held Thursday mornings in the Town Meeting Hall.
Yoga is a course of physical and mental disciplines for attaining liberation from the material world and union of the self with the Supreme Being or ultimate principle. These classes offer different methods or disciplines that perform a series of postures and breathing exercises practiced to achieve control of the body and mind, offer tranquility, and promote physical and spiritual wellbeing.
Classes are held Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings at Oak Hill Park and Wednesday mornings at the Danville Community Center.
Zumba Fitness is a dance-fitness class with easy to follow steps that include body sculpting. Enjoy exercising in a healthy, fun, party-like environment. Wear workout shoes and bring a bottle of water.
Classes are held at the Oak Hill Park Community Center on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.
The Trail Mixer program is run through the spring (April, May, June) and fall (October, November, December) months of the year. All Trail Mixers can be found in the Town of Danville's Spring and Fall Activity Guide as well as on the Town’s website calendar.Directions and a Trail Map will be emailed out a day or two before the Trail Mixer so please be sure your email address is up to date in the registration system.
If there is a chance of rain the Trail Mixer will be cancelled the day before and you will be notified through email as well as a phone call.
