East Bay SCORE has over 40 counselors providing free counseling in accounting, business planning & structure, commercial leases, eCommerce, export/import, finance, manufacturing, marketing, operations, retail, strategic planning and more. Counseling is available at several different sites including the Danville Chamber of Commerce. Easy Bay SCORE also frequently offers low cost workshops to help you successfully operate your business.
The Contra Costa Small Business
Development Center is a business management consulting and training
organization that helps businesses with up to 20 employees. It provides professional consultants that assist
small businesses with a variety of management issues for free. Many different specialists are available
including specialists in business analysis and management, business planning,
market research, marketing, finance, selling to the government, and human
resources technology. The SBDC also
offers training for business management including an intensive 12-week
entrepreneurial training class for a fee.
